All the weapons and armors displayed on this website
have been the subject of iconographic and documentary
research. We have used records of archeological
findings, reproductions of contemporary illustrated
manuscripts and of historical items, and, of course,
our own observations on visits to historical and
archeological museums.
The bows and swords have a one year guaranty
in normal use. A bow has never served to test
how solid is a tree trunk and a sword is not the
best tool to cut a concrete pillar!
